Levi Finland Adventures is not an OTA. We do not take the booking, process the traveller’s payment, or stand between you and your customer. Our role is to help the right travellers discover the right businesses in Levi.
Where experience, accommodation or service availability data is available, your business can also appear within our live search tools and personalised traveller itineraries — helping travellers see what is actually available for their dates, and making it easier for them to book with you.
Referral partnership
Our referral partnership is designed to bring you more relevant, better-qualified travellers without changing the way you run your business. The benefits include:
- more direct traffic to your own website and booking system
- greater visibility within personalised traveller itineraries
- the opportunity to appear when your availability matches what a traveller is looking for
- access to travellers who are already actively planning and ready to book
- greater exposure through our content, social media and wider marketing activity
- and you retain the booking, payment and customer relationship throughout
When a traveller we refer goes on to book with you, you pay the agreed referral fee.
Referral fees do not determine whether we recommend your business. Recommendations are based on traveller suitability, availability, local knowledge, and our understanding of your business.
Our aim is to connect the right traveller with the right local business, not simply to promote whoever pays the highest commission.
Trusted Partner status
Once you share live availability with us — or, where live availability is not applicable, provide up-to-date information about your services, availability and booking process — and we have an agreed referral arrangement in place, your business can become a Levi Finland Adventures Trusted Partner.
Trusted Partners receive a badge on their profile, showing travellers that we have reviewed and verified the business and have an active working relationship with them. Before awarding it we check the key information we hold: the business’s identity, offering, contact details, booking process, and suitability for travellers using the platform.
The badge is designed to give travellers greater confidence when choosing who to book with. It does not mean we guarantee every aspect of the service. It means the business has been reviewed by us, verified, and is actively working with Levi Finland Adventures.
Trusted Partners can also benefit from greater visibility across relevant live availability results, personalised itineraries and other areas of the platform — where their business is a good fit for the traveller. Fit comes first; the arrangement does not buy a place in front of a traveller it does not suit.
How referrals are recorded
Where possible, referrals are identified through booking links, referral codes, booking-system data or API integrations. Where technical tracking is not available, we can agree a simple reconciliation process that works for both sides.
We’re developing the platform further, including more ways for local businesses to appear within traveller planning, live availability, destination content and marketing.
