Is the first plan really free?
Yes. We'll send you a personalised day-by-day outline based on what you tell us. If you want exact provider recommendations, direct booking links or deeper planning support, you can upgrade afterwards.
Will you tell us exactly who to book with?
In the free plan, we'll show you what type of experiences to consider and where they fit into your trip. In the Personalised Levi Plan, we recommend specific providers, explain why they suit you, and share direct booking links where available.
What paid planning options are available?
You can choose a Personalised Levi Plan for €195 or Complete Planning & Support for €395. Standalone help, such as an additional planning call, accommodation-only research or in-person assistance, may also be available by quotation.
Can you advise on accommodation?
Yes. We can review the best areas to stay, what matters for your group, and which options are most practical for your dates, budget and plans.
Can we use this if we already have some ideas?
Yes. Share what you have already booked, saved or considered, and we'll shape the plan around it.
Can you support us while we are in Levi?
Yes. Complete Planning & Support includes WhatsApp support before and during your trip — for questions, weather changes, cold-day ideas, restaurant suggestions and last-minute adjustments.
Do you receive commission from providers?
Sometimes. Some accommodation providers, activity companies and other local businesses may pay us a commission when a booking is made through one of our links or introductions, while others do not. We will be transparent about commercial relationships. Our recommendations are based on what best suits your trip, and you will always see the relevant price before booking.
Can commission reduce my planning fee?
For our Complete Planning & Support service, qualifying partner commission may be used to credit up to €200 against your service fee. The minimum service fee is €195, and any applicable credit will be confirmed clearly.
Is this only for luxury travellers?
No. We work around your actual budget, group and priorities. Sometimes that means premium experiences; sometimes that means choosing fewer things and doing them properly.
When should we ask for a plan?
As early as possible, especially for peak winter dates. But even if your trip is close, we can still shape a useful plan around the time available.
