Before you send it

What can I send you?: Whatever you have. A booking confirmation PDF, a screenshot, a half-written list in an email to yourself — it doesn’t need to be tidy or complete. We read it either way.
Do I need to have booked everything already?: No. Most people send us a trip that’s half-arranged — flights and a cabin booked, the days still open. Tell us what’s fixed and what isn’t, and we’ll work with that.
What happens after I pay?: Your plan goes straight to someone who lives in Levi. They read it properly, check the timings and the distances against what actually happens here in your month, and email you back within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
Do you make bookings for me?: No. We review your plan and give you local advice. You remain responsible for booking and paying accommodation, activities and other travel providers directly.
