Plain terms, in plain words. They cost nothing, they buy nothing, and you can change your mind at any time by emailing us.
What you are agreeing to
You give Levi Finland Adventures permission to feature your business on levifinland.com and in the marketing we do for Levi as a destination. That means we may use photographs and video you send us, images and copy already published on your own website and public social channels, and factual details about what you offer — to present you as a provider in Levi.
Where it appears
Your business page and listings on levifinland.com, category and guide pages where you are relevant, itineraries that include you, our email newsletters, and our own social accounts. We may crop, resize or colour-correct an image so it sits properly in a layout. We do not alter a photograph so that it misrepresents what a guest would actually get.
What we never do
We do not sell or license your photographs to anyone else. We do not present your business as endorsing us, or us as acting on your behalf. We do not take bookings or payments for you — every booking link on this site goes directly to you.
Rights in what you send
You confirm you own the photos and video you upload, or have permission to let them be used this way — including permission from anyone recognisable in them. If you send us something you later find you did not have the right to use, tell us and we will take it down.
You stay in control
This is a permission, not a contract, and it costs nothing. Email us at any time to change what we show, replace an image, or remove your business from the site entirely, and we will action it. Removal takes effect as soon as we have made the change — it cannot reach copies already cached or indexed elsewhere, which fall away on their own.
Placement is editorial
Agreeing here does not buy position. Where a business appears, and how prominently, follows listing quality and relevance to what the traveller asked for. Nothing commercial overrides that.
