We confirm what’s actually available for your dates and ask each provider what they can do on price. You get a direct booking link for every recommendation — you book with the provider yourself, so the booking is always yours.

Questions
After the questionnaire, before planning starts. You see everything you’ve told us, and the fee, before anything is charged.
Securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — payment is handled by Stripe, and you’ll get a receipt by email.
We plan around whatever’s fixed. Tell us what’s booked in the questionnaire and the plan is built to fit it rather than argue with it.
Tell us as early as you can and we rework the plan around the new dates. If nothing has been booked yet there is no cost to that; where bookings are already made, the operator’s own terms apply.
One full pass over the finished plan — swap experiences, change the shape of a day, rethink where you stay. Further rounds are quoted before any work starts.
Yes, automatically. If you’ve paid for an Accommodation Finder search with the same email address, the credit is applied at checkout and you pay €200.
