Levi FinlandListing terms

Listing is free
Your business listing is free, and always will be. Listing your property in the availability feed is free too, and no offer is required to appear in it. Nothing on this page asks you for money, now or later.
We never take the booking
Every link we show sends the traveller to your own website, booking page or contact details. We do not take bookings, hold enquiries, or process payments on your behalf, and we never will. If the only booking link you have is a third-party travel site, we cannot list the property in the feed — the whole point of it is that guests reach you directly.
What we show, and where it comes from
We show your property with the facts you give us here, photographs you upload, and live availability and pricing read from the calendar you connect. We may crop or resize an image so it sits properly in a layout. We do not alter a photograph so that it misrepresents what a guest would actually get, and we do not republish text or photographs copied from your listing on another site.
Your calendar keeps you visible
A property appears publicly only while we hold fresh availability for it. If your calendar stops updating — a changed password, a cancelled subscription, a broken export — the listing pauses automatically and comes back on its own the next time a sync succeeds. Nothing is deleted when this happens, and we will tell you why it paused. This is not a penalty; it is what lets us tell travellers that everything they see is genuinely available.
Prices must be real
Every property in the feed shows a price. Where you connect a property management system, that price comes from your own rates. Where you enter seasonal rates by hand, it is shown to travellers as your estimate rather than as a live rate. Keeping those figures roughly honest is part of the deal — a price that is consistently far below what you actually charge will get the listing removed.
How we connect to your calendar
We prefer a calendar export — an iCal link — over a full booking-system login, and we will ask for one first. An iCal link shows availability and nothing else, so if it were ever exposed it could not be used to change a booking, read a guest’s details, or act on your account. Where a property management system requires API credentials instead, we ask for the narrowest access the system offers, and we only ever read.
How we hold your credentials
Anything you give us to reach your calendar — API keys, secrets, or a private export URL — is held in a dedicated secrets manager, encrypted at rest and separate from the database that runs the website. It is never written into that database, never sent to us by email, never included in a report or an export, and never written to a log. Only the automated process that reads your calendar can retrieve it, and it does so one connection at a time.
We only ever read, and only what we need
Our connection to your system makes read requests and nothing else. It cannot create, change or cancel a booking, alter a price, or write to your calendar, and it is limited to the specific availability and pricing calls it needs. From what comes back we keep only which nights are free and what a night costs. We do not store guest names, guest contact details, reservation references, payment information or messages — if your system returns them, they are discarded rather than saved.
Ending it
You can revoke our access at any time from your own system, without telling us first — nothing of ours depends on keeping it. Tell us as well and we will delete the stored credential rather than leave it dormant. When a connection ends, your property stops appearing, because we will no longer be able to prove that anything is available.
Placement is editorial
Appearing here does not buy position. Where a property appears, and how prominently, follows how well it matches what the traveller asked for and the quality of the listing itself. Nothing commercial overrides that.
Offers are optional, and yours to set
You may add an offer for us to pass on to guests — a discount, an added extra, or a private code. You choose it, you set its terms, and you can withdraw it by telling us. An offer is not required to be listed; it is what lets us promote you actively rather than simply list you.
These terms can change, with notice
The offer and promotion programme, the visibility rules, and the conditions of listing may be changed by Levi Finland Adventures at any time, with notice to providers. Where a change is material we will tell you what it is and ask you to accept the updated terms; accepting them is required to remain listed. If you would rather not, tell us and we will remove your property.
You stay in control
Email us at any time to correct a detail, replace a photograph, disconnect a calendar, or remove your property from the site entirely, and we will action it. Removal takes effect as soon as we have made the change — it cannot reach copies already cached or indexed elsewhere, which fall away on their own.
